Larry J. Sangrik, DDS is a 1979 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Returning to his hometown of Chardon, Ohio he volunteered with the local EMS service as he established his general dental practice. While serving a diverse array of patients, Dr. Sangrik took particular interest in those with dental fear. As his expertise in apprehension management grew, in 1999 he bean lecturing nationally and writing on the dental subjects of:

• medical emergency preparedness in dentistry

• dental fear

• the use of conscious sedation and

• patient monitoring

Having lectured at most of the nations's preeminent dental meetings, Dr. Sanrik was asked to write and develop a video and workbook on medical emergency preparedness for the American Dental Association (release scheduled early 2018). Dr. Sangrik enjoys travel and Big Ten College football. He and his wife, Wendy, have two adult children and reside in Chardon, Ohio.
